A Team

B Team

In order to receive equipment this year, you must submit all league-required paperwork (listed below) prior to equipment pickup. 

  • League Contract (attached)
  • Player photo
  • Recent physical (must be dated AFTER August 2021),
  • Proof of grade (ie: PCSD infinite campus print-out or report card),
  • Copy of birth certificate.

You can email everything to [email protected], or drop everything off to a collection bin at 72 E Jefferson Rd, Pittsford NY.   Again, we will not distribute equipment without these documents.   We’re holding deposit checks on all distributed equipment this year, so please bring a check for $350, post-dated 11/1/2022. This check will be destroyed once your equipment is returned at the end of the season. (You can drop your check off with your paperwork or bring it to equipment pickup).
